Judge Orders Musk to Hand Over Tesla, SpaceX Emails in OpenAI Legal Battle

A U.S. court has ordered Elon Musk to produce emails from Tesla and SpaceX as part of discovery in a lawsuit filed by his companies, xAI and X, against OpenAI and Apple. The judge ruled that relevant communications cannot be withheld simply because they were sent through corporate accounts. The emails could provide evidence related to allegations that Apple and OpenAI engaged in anti-competitive practices in the AI and App Store markets.
