‘Predatorgate’ Victims Fight Back with Multi-Million Euro Lawsuit

Eight victims of Greece's notorious wiretapping scandal have sued spyware manufacturer Intellexa SA and 13 individuals. The plaintiffs, including a top journalist, are seeking up to €1 million each for moral damages following the illicit interception of their personal data. The legal action follows the recent criminal convictions of company executives over data privacy violations.
