Regulating Digital Platforms is CCI's Biggest Challenge Says Retiring Chairman Ashok Kumar Gupta

<p>Regulating digital platforms will be a major challenge in the future according to Ashok Kumar Gupta, chairman of the Competition Commission of India. &nbsp;Given the knowledge gathered and challenges encountered by CCI in implementing timely market correction in digital markets, the need for and justification for ex-ante regulation to support these CCI initiatives cannot be overemphasized, he added. Gupta completed his office after a four-year tenure.</p>
