Republican National Committee Sues Google For Sending Its Emails In Spam Folders

<p>Prior to the November midterm elections, the Republican National Committee launched a lawsuit against internet giant Google. Google has denied the RNC's allegations that it has been blocking their email solicitations. In a lawsuit filed in the District Court, the Republican National Committee (RNC) claims that Gmail unfairly sent emails from the organization to users' spam folders, undermining its efforts to raise money and mobilize voters in crucial swing states.</p>
