Russia to restrict access to Facebook in the country

<p>The Russian government said that they will be partially restricting access to Facebook in the country. This is a direct reaction to Facebook which also blocked some Russian state-backed media outlets. Roskomnadzor, the internet regulatory agency of Russia, requested Meta Platforms to withdraw their restriction on the Russian media but all requests were ignored by the social media giant.<strong> </strong></p>
