Apple has filed an explosive 41-page lawsuit accusing OpenAI of systematic corporate espionage. The tech giant claims OpenAI used former Apple executives to recruit talent and pressure job candidates into sharing confidential CAD designs. Additionally, one ex-employee allegedly exploited a network bug to steal unreleased product files. OpenAI has denied the claims, stating they have no interest in competitor trade secrets.
