Softbank’s executives to leave boards of Paytm, Policybazaar
<p>SoftBank Group representatives will resign from the boards of Paytm, the digital payments company, and the online insurance aggregator Policybazaar. According to a source, the decision is part of SoftBank's global strategy to vacate the boards of most of its publicly traded portfolio firms, with the Japanese tech behemoth expecting fewer regulatory challenges to deal with as a result. SoftBank will retain their shareholding in the said companies.</p>
