Apple’s 40-page trade secret lawsuit against OpenAI targets former engineer Chang Liu, alleging a systematic corporate raid. Before joining OpenAI's hardware team, Liu allegedly took three key things: a company MacBook packed with sensitive data, an ongoing inside relationship with an Apple employee to source leaks, and exploited knowledge of a server software bug to remotely download proprietary hardware blueprints.
