Twitter defies laws of land: Karnataka High Court
<p>Twitter has been referred to as disobedient to the laws of the land by the MeitY in its 101-page statement of concerns before the Karnataka High Court. The case is scheduled to be heard on September 8. 39 URLs were among the many blocking requests that Twitter has contested. Twitter alleged in a petition it filed in June that the government's takedown notifications have an impact on free expression.</p>
