Twitter sues Elon Musk for $44B deal

<p>Elon Musk was sued by Twitter Inc. on Tuesday for breaking a $44 B deal to acquire the social media platform, and the company requested that a Delaware court order the world's richest man to complete the merger at the agreed-upon $54.20 per Twitter share. The lawsuit starts what looks to be one of the largest legal battles in Wall Street history, involving one of the most flamboyant businesspeople in a case that will hinge on boring contract language.</p>
