Ukraine claims it is engaged in world's first 'hybrid war'

<p>The Ukrainian government claims to be fighting a "hybrid war" in which Russia-backed threat actors attack their internet networks while their forces strike physical infrastructure on the ground. The country's cyber-security authorities stated that its cyber defences are resisting most hacking attacks and that the cyber-war with Russia is unusual. "We are not afraid of Russian attacks" on power grids or nuclear sites, said Deputy Chairman of Special Communications.</p>
