Water Purifier War: Kent RO Drops Ads Following Urban Company’s Defamation Lawsuit

Urban Company sued Kent RO in the Delhi High Court over ads calling its Native purifiers' 2-year filter life a "marketing gimmick" and "risky." Following a detailed hearing, Kent RO agreed to withdraw the disparaging campaign and social media content within 15 days, promising not to run similar ads targeting Urban Company in the future.
