73% of workers want flexible remote work to continue: Microsoft

<p>A new Microsoft survey said that 73% of employees want flexible WFH options to continue across the world, as the hybrid work model is set to become the next great disruption. Remote job postings on LinkedIn saw a 5x increase during the pandemic. "Over 40 % of the global workforce is considering leaving their employer this year and 46 % are planning to move now that they can work remotely," said Microsoft's '2021 Work Trend Index'.</p>
