Airtel appoints Pradipt Kapoor as CIO

<p>Bharti Airtel appointed Pradipt Kapoor as CIO to drive overall Engineering strategy and help the telco to realise the digital vision. Kapoor will also join the Management Board of the company and will report to Gopal Vittal, MD & CEO, Bharti Airtel. Kapoor's last assignment was at A.P. Moller - Maersk where he was Global Head of Products and Solutions Engineering for a 3000 strong organisation. He has also had formative experience as an entrepreneur.</p>
