Due To Employer's Beliefs Clash With Their Own, 6 in 10 Indian Workers Consider Leaving Their Jobs
<p>According to recent study from Qualtrics, 60% of respondents from India are considering leaving their present job because it does not uphold the values they hold. Employees are placing an increased priority on working for organisations that correspond with their particular requirements and purposes. 45% of respondents indicated they would not even think about working for a company that did not share their beliefs.</p>
