EaseMyTrip’s Nishant Pitti Returns as CMD After Prashant Resigns

EaseMyTrip’s board announced that Prashant Pitti has resigned as Managing Director, and co-founder Nishant Pitti—who had stepped down as CEO earlier this year—will assume the role of Chairman and Managing Director, pending shareholder approval. Nishant affirmed a continued expansion beyond travel into a diversified services ecosystem, reiterated that promoters will draw zero salary and no further stake sales are planned. Prashant will remain a promoter and focus on mentoring startups.
