Elon Musk to join Twitter’s Board of Directors

<p>Twitter, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, is appointing Tesla CEO Elon Musk to its board of directors. The microblogging site's categorised board system assigns members to overlap terms, preventing a newly nominated board member from immediately taking control of the firm. CEO of Twitter, Parag Agarwal called Musk a “passionate believer and intense critic of the service”. Parag added that Elon will bring great value to their board.</p>
