Employee engagement worst-affected in tech industry amid pandemic

<p>The worst-affected aspect of organizations in the technology sector during the COVID-19 pandemic has been employee engagement and retention, according to a report. The report noted that 88.9% of senior leaders across functions and industries agreed that COVID-19 had a significant impact on their organizations in a survey. A record number of people around the world, particularly in the tech industry, have begun to quit their jobs.</p>
