General Catalyst Partner Priya Mohan Resigns After 22-Year Investment Career

Priya Mohan, partner at Silicon Valley venture firm General Catalyst, has stepped down, announcing on LinkedIn that she’s taking a break after a “22 years of an amazing and rewarding professional journey.” She joined General Catalyst in August 2024 following its merger with India-focused Venture Highway, where she previously led investments in startups like FamPay and Better Place. Her departure adds to a growing list of recent partner-level exits in the VC space.
