It won't be necessary to call back employees anytime soon at DXC Technology: India CEO

<p>DXC Technology will keep up its policy of allowing remote work for its 43,000 employees in India. This occurs at a time when the Indian IT industry is increasingly encouraging workers to return to offices amid obstacles like high attrition, side jobs, and the need to inculcate social capital. At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, DXC Technology switched to a virtual-first approach as part of its global strategy, allowing its 130,000 employees to work remotely.</p>
