Kim Kardashian charged for $1.26M as a penalty payment

<p>The SEC charged Kim Kardashian for unlawfully promoting crypto assets without revealing that she was paid to promote them. The actress received a payment of $250,000 for uploading a post about EMAX tokens on her Instagram account. Kardashian settled the case by giving the penalty payment, and helping the SEC with its ongoing investigation.</p>
