LTIMindtree Recruits Microsoft Copilot to Supercharge 140,000 L&T Employees

LTIMindtree (LTM) is leading a massive workplace transformation across the Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Group by deploying Microsoft 365 Copilot for approximately 1.4 lakh (140,000) employees. One of India’s largest enterprise AI rollouts integrates generative AI into daily workflows to boost productivity. The deployment features LTM-developed custom AI assistants, including RAIma, which has already improved HR and IT query resolution by 70%.
