Microsoft Fires Two More Employees Over ‘No Azure for Apartheid’ Protest
Microsoft has dismissed two employees—Nisreen Jaradat and Julius Shan—for participating in campus protests organized by “No Azure for Apartheid,” advocating against the company’s ties to Israel. These terminations follow earlier firings of Anna Hattle and Riki Fameli after a sit-in at President Brad Smith’s office. Microsoft cited serious policy violations and safety concerns, while the protest group continues to demand the company sever Israeli ties and support Palestinian reparations.
