Nithin Kamath Announces That Zerodha Staff Can Earn Up To Rs 10 lakh In Fitness Competition

<p>Zerodha, in the recent list of staff health-related initiatives, announced a challenge that could fetch employees bonuses. Employees can even win Rs 10 Lakh which would involve burning 350 Calories a day. CEO Nithin Kamath said that this initiative aimed at motivating the employees to be active while working from home, where an employee with BMI below 25 can get a half a month salary as a bonus and so on. The initiative received a divided response on the internet.</p>
