NVIDIA CEO Gifts Jetson Thor ‘Robot Brain’ to Humanoid
NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang dramatically revealed the Jetson Thor AI module in a launch video, offering it as a “new brain” to a humanoid robot—complete with a greeting card reading “Enjoy your new brain.” Jetson Thor delivers 7.5× the AI compute, 3.1× CPU power, and 2× memory compared to its predecessor Orin. Designed for real-time robotics, it enables advanced multimodal processing and autonomy across humanoids and industrial robots.
