Oracle Names Clay Magouyrk & Mike Sicilia as Co-CEOs

Oracle has appointed insiders Clay Magouyrk and Mike Sicilia as co-CEOs, replacing Safra Catz, who transitions to executive vice chair after 11 years as CEO. Magouyrk will oversee Oracle’s cloud infrastructure platform, while Sicilia will handle cloud-based, industry-specific applications and AI solutions across sectors such as healthcare, finance, and retail.
