Oracle’s Copy-Paste Layoff Email Leaves Staff Locked Out

Oracle triggered another round of mass layoffs by resending an identical 6:00 AM termination email used in a previous round, informing staff that "today is your last working day." The cuts affect divisions like Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and NetSuite. Many employees discovered they were let go only after being locked out of company systems hours before receiving the email.
