Shantanu Naidu Mocks AI Saree Trend: "You Live in India, Not America"
Shantanu Naidu, Ratan Tata’s aide, humorously criticized the viral Google Gemini AI saree trend, which uses AI to generate images of users in sarees. In a viral video, he quipped, “You live in India, not America. India! Land of the saree. You probably have at least 15 sarees in your wardrobe!” Naidu encouraged people to embrace real sarees and capture authentic moments instead of relying on AI-generated images.
