TCS Denies Allegations of Forcing 2,500 Pune Employees to Resign Amid Skill Realignment
The Nascent Information Technology Employees Senate (NITES) has alleged that Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) compelled approximately 2,500 employees in Pune to resign. NITES claims these actions violate the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, as no prior notice was given to the government.
