TCS ends WFH, mandates three days in office for all the employees

<p>In an email to all of its workers, TCS mandated that everyone work from the office at least three days per week. Without mentioning it, the mail stated that any non-compliance would be seriously considered, and administrative steps would be taken. Rajesh Gopinathan, CEO of TCS, unveiled the 25x25 concept in May 2020. By 2025, only 25% of employees would be expected to work from home, according to the plan.<br />
