TCS to Distribute 100% Quarterly Variable Pay to Junior Employees Amid Workforce Restructuring
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced that junior-level employees (grades C, C1, and C2) will receive 100% of their Quarterly Variable Allowance (QVA) for Q2 FY26, to be paid with the October 2025 payroll. Mid-level employees may receive higher payouts based on individual and unit performance. This decision follows an annual salary hike for associates up to grade C3A, with high performers receiving double-digit increments.
