<p>Microsoft is getting ready to make job losses public. According to Sky News, the software industry behemoth plans to eliminate thousands of jobs or around 5% of its staff. Microsoft employs more than 220,000 people, therefore this might result in over 10,000 layoffs. The layoffs occur only a few days after Microsoft introduced a new unlimited vacation policy. The process of layoff is likely to begin today.</p>
