Australia's Medibank Issues Warning Statement Regarding Further Data Leak

<p>The largest health insurance in Australia, Medibank, said the hacker could leak more stolen data if the company failed to pay the ransom. Medibank said that some names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, passport numbers of international students, and health claims data had already been leaked on a dark web forum. The stolen information was posted on a blog connected to the ransomware crime group REvil, which some experts claim has ties to Russia.</p>
