AWS stops registration for new users from Russia

<p>Amazon&rsquo;s cloud computing division, AWS has announced that they will be prohibiting new users from Russia from registering on their platform. This move is a direct reaction to the ongoing geopolitical situation between Russia and Ukraine. The company said in a blog post that, unlike other US-based tech firms, AWS does not have any data centers, infrastructure, and offices in Russia and they do not intend to do any business with the Russian government.</p>
