BFSI and Telecom Sectors Most Impersonated in Customer Care Frauds, says Cloudsek

<p>Cloudsek, a cybersecurity company, has reported that BFSI and Telecom sectors are the most impersonated industries by scammers in customer care frauds. The company said that over 51% of scams that were detected were related to BFSI and Telecom, followed by e-commerce and technology companies. The scammers reportedly impersonate as customer care executives and gain access to personal details such as bank account numbers, login credentials, and card details.</p>
