CoWin Platform Data Leak on Dark Web Claim Denied by Ethical Hacker

<p>Ethical hacker Sunny Nehra told TOI that an Iranian hacker's claim that he was offering to sell COWIN and Covid-19's database and admin access didn't seem to be a legitimate one. According to Nehra, the screenshots posted by the alleged hacker demonstrate that he/she has access to 5k users' sensitive data. He claims that after speaking with the threat actor, he discovered that the person impersonating him is a well-known hacker and that the threat actor is a "newbie."</p>
