Developers will be responsible for collecting data with permissions: Google

<p>Google will no longer display the permissions it automatically collects from apps on its Play Store, giving developers control over the information they want to share with users about data collection. The deadline for developers to complete a data privacy form for their apps is July 20. Google stated that it may take necessary measures, including enforcement action, when it notices a mismatch between "your app behaviour and your declaration."</p>
