A former CFMEU delegate, Anthony Thomas Perrett (38), was denied bail by Maroochydore Magistrates Court amid shocking allegations that he and co-accused Billy John Howard (26) tortured 56-year-old cybersecurity manager Andrew Burow, who has been missing since August 20. Investigators uncovered disturbing evidence—including a mobile showing Burow being beaten, zip ties, burnt wipes, and a firearm—across multiple crime scenes.
