Insecure cloud coding templates run rampant, research finds

<p>In an alarming report, Palo Alto Networks' threat intelligence team Unit 42 said that organisations using DevOps are using around 2 lakh ‘insecure templates as Code (IaC) and popular among them are — Terraform, CloudFormation and K8s YAML. The report claimed that CloudFormation is the most vulnerable among all templates. Further, it said that 60% of cloud storage services have disabled logging access.<br />
