Ligado Network services are causing trouble for US military services

<p>United State defense agencies have reported that Ligado Networks are causing interference in the military Global Positioning System's receiver. Because of this, there are serious consequences. The effective measures suggested are termed 'impractical, cost-prohibitive and possibly ineffective' by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The study states that Iridium Communications are urging FCC to take steps before Ligado proceeds demonstration.</p>
