Moroccan govt takes steps to extradite French cybercrime suspect to US

<p>The extradition of a French national suspected of cybercrimes to the US has received preliminary approval from Morocco's highest court, according to judicial sources. Sebastien Raoult, 21, was to be extradited; however, despite the court's "favourable opinion," the extradition was "not ordered." Only the prime minister has the authority to order extradition when a committee that includes the justice and foreign ministers makes a recommendation.</p>
