Olympus releases statement confirming US Cyberattack

<p>Olympus has confirmed that its US, Canada, and Latin America systems were hit by a Cyberattack over the weekend. In a statement, it said the incident occurred on Oct 10, while it's currently working to resolve the issue. Current investigations have revealed that the attack was isolated to American systems, with no other regions affected. The news comes just over a month after Olympus' Europe, MEA servers suffered from a ransomware attack.</p>
