Rackspace confirms ransomware attack leads to Exchange outage

<p>Last week, issues began to arise with the hosted Microsoft Exchange service provided by Rackspace. Customers of the company's Hosted Exchange service are now switching to Microsoft 365. A representative for Rackspace declined to provide any details regarding the event or how hackers managed to infiltrate its systems. According to security expert Kevin Beaumont, the event might have involved the ProxyNotShell vulnerability being exploited.<br />
