Spotify suspends all services in Russia over new “fake news” law

<p>As Russia's invasion of Ukraine enters its second month, Spotify is suspending its services in the nation. A Spotify spokesperson said that the company has tried to keep its service operational in Russia in an attempt to become a trusted news source. He added that the new legislation by the government is restricting access to information, which eliminates free expression and puts employees and users at risk. The company expects the services to go offline by April.</p>
