Tech MNCs Want Clarification on Proposed Data Storage Rules

<p>Large global tech companies have called for clarification on planned rules governing data storage in other countries. Companies that process Indian citizens' data may store that data in "trusted geographies" that the government may occasionally specify, according to the draught of the new Digital Personal Data Protection Bill, 2022.</p>
