Tesla CEO Elon Musk accuses Twitter of security lapses

<p>Elon Musk charged Twitter with fraud for allegedly hiding significant data security weaknesses, which the billionaire claimed should have allowed him to renegotiate his $44B acquisition contract. Musk updated his previously filed case by incorporating claims made by a Twitter whistleblower. Additionally, he said that Twitter had concealed from him the fact that it was not abiding by a 2011 agreement it had with the Federal Trade Commission about user data.</p>
