86% of Executives Flag Rising Agentic AI Risks, Yet Just 2% Meet Responsible AI Standards
A new Infosys report shows that 86% of executives believe agentic AI—systems that act autonomously—will bring elevated risks and compliance challenges. Yet only 2% of companies meet the firm’s full Responsible AI (“RAI”) gold standards. With 95% of C-suite leaders reporting AI incidents and 77% suffering financial loss, the study highlights a widening gap between AI adoption and governance readiness amid rising expectations for RAI as both a safeguard and growth enabler.
