Alerts for Floods, Wildfires, Healthcare, and More: How Google Uses AI to Benefit People

<p>Google has been utilising artificial intelligence to create a system called Flood Hub that can forecast floods. Flood Hub plots flood predictions on a map and uses coloured pins to indicate when and where they might happen. It has also been developing systems for tracking wildfires that would make it accessible to everyone. In an effort to assist those who are at immediate risk, it is now utilising machine learning to improve wildfire detection and monitoring.</p>
