Alibaba's Qwen3-Max AI Model Surpasses GPT-5-Chat on Global Leaderboards
Alibaba has unveiled its most advanced AI model to date, Qwen3-Max, featuring over 1 trillion parameters and trained on 36 trillion tokens. The model has achieved a top-three ranking on the global Text Arena leaderboard, outperforming GPT-5-Chat. In the Tau2-Bench, Qwen3-Max scored 74.8, surpassing competitors like DeepSeek V3.1. Its Instruct variant scored 69.6 on SWE-Bench, placing it among the top coding models worldwide.
