Allahabad HC Orders Meta, Google to Remove Defamatory Video
A viral video titled “Rambhadracharya par Khulasa” criticized Swami Ram Bhadracharya, prompting a petition. The Allahabad High Court directed Meta and Google to delete the content within 48 hours after being provided specific URLs. The court called the material “defamatory and objectionable” and scheduled the next hearing for November 11.
